Launch LANmark Power-OF Hybrid Solution for Smart Buildings
May 29, 2026
Aginode launches its new hybrid fibre and power infrastructure designed to simplify connectivity, improve scalability and support the next generation of digital building applications.
Aginode announces the worldwide launch of the LANmark Power-OF Hybrid Solution, a infrastructure platform that combines optical fibre data transmission and centralised low-voltage power delivery within a single structured cabling architecture. Designed for modern digital buildings, the solution supports demanding applications such as Wi-Fi 6/7, indoor 5G, IoT deployments, CCTV systems and smart-building automation.
As buildings become increasingly connected, traditional cabling methods that separate fibre and power infrastructure often create installation complexity, ceiling congestion and long-term maintenance challenges. The LANmark Power-OF Hybrid Solution addresses these issues by integrating fibre and power into one streamlined architecture that simplifies deployment while maintaining performance, safety and scalability.
The solution consists of three core components working together as a complete end-to-end system:
- LANmark Power-OF Hybrid Cable - a compact hybrid cable combining optical fibres and copper conductors within a single robust jacket for efficient installation and optimised routing.
- LANmark Hybrid Box - a compact termination box enabling clean separation of fibre and power for professional wall or ceiling installations.
- LANmark Hybrid Panel - a rack-mounted panel centralising hybrid connectivity while ensuring clear separation between data and power infrastructure.
The LANmark Power-OF Hybrid Solution enables organizations to connect and power remote indoor devices over distances of up to 300 meters, making it ideal for wireless access points, FTTO deployments, surveillance systems and distributed smart-building devices.
By reducing the number of cables required and simplifying cable routing, the solution helps accelerate installation, improve maintainability and provide greater flexibility for future expansion. Additional benefits include fibre-based performance, centralised power management, reduced infrastructure complexity and high fire-performance options including B2ca-rated cables for demanding environments.
With the LANmark Power-OF Hybrid Solution, Aginode continues to support the evolution of intelligent building infrastructure by delivering a cleaner, smarter and more scalable approach to connectivity and power distribution.
