What is Aginode SpeakUP?

SpeakUP is a secured and confidential tool used to report any suspected or established violation of our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct committed within Aginode or by a business partner. By using it, you play an essential role in helping us protecting our company, our values, our brand and our people.


What should alert you?

Suspicion of violation in matters of:

  • Accounting irregularities

  • Financial and banking irregularities

  • Any case of corruption or influence peddling, whether potential or effective

  • Fraud

  • Conflict of interest situations

  • Violation of competition law

  • Harassment and discrimination at work

  • Violation of health, safety and hygiene regulations at work

  • Childlabour

  • Infringement of the right of employees to form or join the unions of their choice and to participate in collective negotiations

  • Violation of human rights

  • Disregard for the environment or any other breach to the Corporate Duty of Vigilance

  • Violation of confidential information and Group’s intellectual property
     

Who can report?

  • Anyone: all employees, clients, suppliers or any third party.
    Incidents and suspicions can be reported whether you have first-hand knowledge of the situation or have been made aware of it.

The Ethics Correspondents will treat each incident report with the highest degree of care and will guarantee the confidentiality of the person making the incident report, as well as all personal data collected, communicated and stored in this context. The alert may be submitted anonymously, in which case, please make sure to provide enough information to allow effective investigation.

Alternatively, employees may also report to their line manager, human resources or employee representatives.

Alert reporters will be protected against any type of retaliation measure.
