Warranty

Two warranty options

We offer two warranty options to meet the different demands of the market. Both guarantee the transmission performance of the system for 25 years.

1. Link Warranty

The Link Warranty is the standard guarantee available via our network of Registered Installers. It covers the performance of the 'Permanent Links' in standard structured cabling installations. Following a declaration of succesful testing by the installer, the certification can be requested and downloaded immediately from the website.

2. Certified Solution Warranty

The Certified Solution Warranty is only available when installation is provided by one of our Certified Solution Partners (CSP's. It is more appropriate for larger projects, key accounts, or projects which require enhanced products and solutions. In this case, extended training maybe required, and following project completion, additional project information must be submitted and reviewed before the warranty can be provided.
