Design

LANmark Maritime S/FTP SHF1 cable is fully compliant with all electrical and mechanical requirements of ISO/IEC 61156-5 for Category 7 and of IEC 60092-360 for installations for shipboard and offshore units.

Its SHF1 sheath is made of halogen free material, emitting limited fumes and no acid gasses in case of fire.

When the cable is terminated onto LANmark Maritime GG45 connectors, Class F Channel performance according to ISO/IEC 11801 is met.

In conjunction with LANmark-6A ULTIM connectors, Category 6A and Class EA Link and Channel performances are met, according to TIA 568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 respectively.

Application

LANmark Maritime cable supports all current and future applications specified for Category 6A and Category 7, requiring bandwidths up to 600 MHz, including 10GBase-T.

Installations with LANmark Maritime cable and LANmark-6A or -7 connectivity are qualified for a full Class EA or Class F System Warranty for a period of 25 years, including parts, installation, Channel performance and application support, as described in the Aginode LANmark Warranty conditions.
